Join us for an empowering, evidence-informed 3-week course (6 hours total) dedicated to understanding and restoring your sleep during hormonal transitions. Together, we'll explore how shifting oestrogen and progesterone levels impact sleep architecture, temperature regulation, and anxiety. Learn compassionate, practical strategies from thermal comfort and CBT-I insights to stress management, movement, and nutrition to help you quiet a busy mind, reduce night awakenings, and reclaim deep, restorative rest.
